TMI alert! John Stamos had an almost unfathomably awkward moment at a fertility clinic, and he’s ready to talk about it.
The 55-year-old new father stopped by Busy Philipps’ Busy Tonight on E! Monday, and he dished on all things dad. He explained that he and his wife Caitlin McHugh hit up a fertility clinic when they were starting to try to conceive.
He eagerly spilled: “This is an absolutely true story, and I’ve been waiting to tell this story. [We were] trying to get pregnant and we had to do a thing, and we had to go to a fertility place and I had to go give a sperm sample.”
Stamos continued: “I went into this little room where they go, ‘Go in there…’ And they said, ‘If you need any stimulation or whatever, there’s videos and there’s a TV here, just turn the thing.’ I turn the TV on… and it’s on Fuller House. My hand to God.”
He joked, “I’m like, if I’m going to masturbate to myself, it’s going to be my old self, not the new one.”
Stamos also said that he is loving fatherhood.
